PROFILE OF SWS FACILITATORS
Over and above the pre-requisite requirement of being a professionally trained and experienced teacher, the qualities of resilience, humor, flexibility, tolerance, determination and cultural sensitivity are amongst those that we actively seek in our recruitment process. Pre-primary and Primary school facilitators in Sadhbhavana World School work with children between the ages of three and eleven.
  
 
  • As a Pre-primary facilitator you would be with children aged three to five. You are expected to be well versed with the play way method and will be using such activities to help children's social, personal, physical and emotional development, creativity, understanding of the world, and language, literacy and numeracy skills.

  • As a Primary facilitator you would teach children aged five to eleven. You would shoulder the responsibility for a class, and would teach them all or most subjects. You may also have a specialist subject, and may co-ordinate this throughout the school. Along with teaching, you would spend a lot of time.

  • Preparing lessons and teaching materials.
  • Assessing the progress of the children.
  • Putting up displays in the classrooms.
  • Working with other professionals such as educational psychologists, special, education teachers etc.
  • Speaking to the parents about their children’s progress(both informally and at PTI Meets).
  • Attending meetings & in service training and professional development programmes.
  • Organizing outings, social activities and sporting events.

  • Pre-Primary facilitators
    Minimum Qualification—Graduation in any stream.
    Mandatory Qualification---Montessori training/NTT/Pre-primary training from a Reputed and recognized institution.
  • Primary facilitators
    Minimum Qualification—Graduation in Maths/Science/Social Science (History, Political Science, Geography, Economics) /Language (English ,Hindi, Malayalam)Mandatory Qualification-- Preferably Primary teacher’s training / B.Ed from a reputed and recognized institution.
