When will the academic year starts?

  • Our academic year starts in June for Level 3 to Grade VII. Grade VIII to A Levels starts in May.

What are the School timings?

  • Class timing: 8.10.a.m. to 3.15.p.m.
  • School Working Days – Monday to Friday

What are the formalities required for the admission?

  • First step to Admission is online registration.
  • After registering, the Syllabus for the admission test will be provided and also we will be intimating the schedule of Readiness assessment.
  • Once admission is confirmed, the parent has to produce Transfer certificate, Birth certificate copy, Passport copy, 6 Passport size photo graphs along with the Application form. Registration Fees for the same is rupees 1000/-

What are the Language study requirements for the kids who don't have basics in Hindi or Malayalam?

  • We offer French as well. So students those who don’t take Hindi or Malayalam can choose French. However, as a Third Language option, the students of Grades 1 to 8 will have to take either Hindi or Malayalam. We have differentiated instruction for children who do not have a base of these two languages.

What do I need to do if my child is going to be absent from school?

  • After being absent a written explanation is required when the child returns. We consider regular attendance to be most important, but please keep your child at home if she/he is sick.

Do I need to do anything if my child is late for school?

  • Students are required to have a late note from the office before going to class.

How do I arrange for a meeting with my child’s class teacher?

  • Teachers are available for meetings with parents at mutually convenient times. Please arrange meetings beforehand, in writing or by phoning the office to arrange a meeting if there are any issues you wish to discuss.

If I change my contact details do I need to inform the school?

  • It is essential that you inform the office and the class teacher of any change of contact details relating to your child. This included mobile numbers, emergency contacts and home addresses. This is particularly important in case of sickness or accident.

What time can I bring my child to school?

  • Student should reach school by atleast 8.20 A.M. If the child is brought to school after 8.30 A. M. The parent should accompany the child and report to reception.

What if I cannot pick my child at 3. 15p.m?

  • The parent/guardian should inform the school by 2. 45 pm that when will the child be picked up and by whom.

Can I give food with the ward to school?

  • It is compulsory to have breakfast and lunch from school. The meal menu is displayed in the website. Exception will be allowed only for genuine medical cases.
