About Career Center

With the rapidly changing scenarios in the world of work and education, the need for counselling and guidance for children to choose the right path has become critically important. This is because career guidance and counselling build lifelong skills in making well-informed educational and occupational choices. The choice students make at this point of their life is the start of the journey to the professional they are yet to become. Sadhbhavana Career Center provides this service to its students from grade 9 and above with the aim of transforming students into career aspirants. Personalized guidance enables the students to access the information which help them create a framework on the career they are interested in as well as where and how to apply to the top colleges in the country and abroad. Each student shall be observed so that their personal likes and affinities are discovered and they shall be helped to identify the career program that best match their personality.

Orientation on Career Trends & Choices

This session aims to transform students into career aspirants. The program throws light on different domains of career options and fusion career choices, other than commonly known domains.

Aptitude Test

Differential Aptitude Test (DAT) by Pearson is a psychometric profiling instrument that portrays relative strength and weakness in an individual’s key aptitude. This shall help identify which type of career will be best suited according to their potential.

Student Profile

Student Profile is a document and tool for the counsellor to understand students individually and to address their individual requirements effectively.

Personalised Career Counselling

This is a one on one personalised career counselling to discuss personal interest and favourable career choices of students with the career expert. These sessions will further help students narrow down courses and colleges.

Assistance in College Application / Admission Process

Thej Center offer assistance to students in application/admission requirements like, recommendation letter, reference letter or in familiarizing application forms, if situation arises. The center aims to offer end to end support to students in every step they take towards their career goal.

Expert Talks

This platform gives an opportunity for students to interact with successful professional in various field of work. Understanding different professions from industry experts give stimuli to the students to make changes and therefore improve their skills and key values to be successful in career.

Education Fairs

Participating in educational fairs will enable students to get a perspective of different colleges and universities, their admission requirements and diverse choices available to them.

The session focuses on student’s personality development. Program aims todevelop their abilities and skills along through the career option that best suits the development of their aptitude.

Competitive Exam Preparation

To prepare and coach students on various entrance exams, the center provides an option of expert led intense sessions which helps a student to understand the syllabus and patterns of examination in depth and support students to gear up their preparations.
