Divya Rajesh – Foundation Years Coordinator

Foundation Years aims at providing a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment which inspires our little ones to become lifelong learners. Our vision is to provide a nurturing environment that encourages all students to explore, learn and succeed in a safe environment. With more than 15 years of experience as a primary facilitator, Ms. Divya effortlessly guides her students to create an environment of acceptance, sympathy, and understanding. She strives to be prompt and efficient in her teaching methods and encourages her team to work together and achieve their goals. She believes in motivating students and her team to make learning comfortable and enjoyable.

Anuja Ahammed

Anuja who have realised by being with children will get a lot of positive energy and also it is a chance to be a constant learner, she decided to become a teacher. She believes that the kids make the world more beautiful with their innocence. She has completed her MA in English Literature.

Ms. Jisha

Jisha completed her B.A from Bangalore University and also completed a Diploma in Computer Application and done Montessori Training. She is having more than four years of experience in teaching. Jisha loves to do craft work and drawings.

Rakhi Jahish

Being a graduate in fashion designing, Rakhi had conducted various kids grooming sessions, shows for kids. She was the head of the department in IITM for more than 4 years. It was her passion for teaching, grooming and nurturing kids, made her mind to be an early childhood educator at Sadhbhavana Little Scholars. She likes to use her designing skills in creating a highly self-learning environment for kids. She had done her International course for pre-primary professional from Singapore International College. Her love for colours, artworks, and sketching skills has helped her a lot in bringing innovative ideas in classroom and it’s her 4th wonderful year at SLS. She strongly believes that art isn’t drawing or painting, they are time honoured way of learning, knowing and expressing.

Swapna N

Swapna N is an accommodating and versatile individual with the talent to develop inspiring hands-on lessons that will capture a child’s imagination and breed success. She completed her double main degree in Economics with Office Management and Secretarial Practice from Providence Women’s College, Calicut, and completed her teacher’s training from American Tesol Institute, Kolkata. She had been working as a Homeroom Teacher for the past 10 years in Dubai. She is happy to be a part of Sadhbhavana and always strives for the betterment of the students.

Seethal Sathyakumar

Seethal Sathyakumar is a passionate Montessori educator with over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. She creates joyful and inspiring classrooms where children feel valued and motivated to explore. Skilled in hands-on activities and personalized guidance, she nurtures curiosity, independence, and confidence. Seethal is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth and instills a lifelong love for learning.

Athira Sooraj

Athira Sooraj is a MA graduate in Hindi literature. She did her BA, MA, and Hindi Translation and Journalism diploma course from the University of Calicut. She has completed her B Ed from Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha and has more than 3 years of experience in teaching. Athira believes that teachers are the real mentors in students’ lives and a teacher is a person who can also understand a student mentally.

Jinitha George

Jinitha is a passionate and dedicated teacher who holds M.Com and PGDIM. Prior to taking up the teaching career, she worked for a different sector in the UAE for the past 7 years. Her desire to share her knowledge and passion for teaching drove her to choose teaching as her profession. She believes that children learn through concepts and hands-on experiences, so it is important to provide them with the best learning opportunities to develop their self-confidence and creativity. This is her fifth year as an Early Childhood Educator and she is excited to be a part of this wonderful family.

Rugma K

With over 4 years of experience in teaching, Rugma believes that education has a vital role in the all-round development of a child. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English and a B.Ed. She has also qualified with K Tet category 3. Rugma likes to create a dynamic classroom environment where students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and ideas while challenging them to think critically and analytically.

Sreelakshmi Surendran

With 8 years of experience, Sreelakshmi is a passionate FY Facilitator who creates joyful, inclusive spaces where children feel loved, valued, and confident to learn. Through play-based, hands-on activities, she nurtures curiosity, emotional growth and a lifelong love for learning.

Syndika Juwana

Syndika, a trained EYFS teacher with 9 years of experience, brings warmth, creativity, and connection to early education. She creates a safe, joyful space where curiosity leads learning and children grow with confidence. Through hands-on activities and meaningful home-school connections, she nurtures communication, independence and emotional development in every child.
